Wick it Candle Bar typically ships within 3 business days from your order! All orders placed after 5 pm Friday EST will ship by Wednesday of the following week. If you need your goodies in a rush, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate!
We want you to love your candles and melts as much as we do! If you don’t love your candles, we will gladly accept all returns for unused candles and melts. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping on return. We will either offer a credit or refund your money within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
We are happy to offer an exchange if you receive a scent you don’t love. Please email us at sales@wickitcandlebar.com and provide the following information. Buyer is responsible for paying for shipping on exchanges.
When we receive this information, we will review and address your claim in three to five (3-5) business days.
We do not exchange damaged, used, or custom/personalized items. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if any information provided by the customer has been fabricated. Exchanges are only available up to 30 days after receiving your order.
Yes! Our primary goal is to create quality scented candles that are eco-friendly and safe to burn. Our premium 100% vegan Soy Wax does not contain any chemicals on California’s Prop 65 list. They are also cleaner burning, non-toxic, and biodegradable than other wax blends on the market.
Yes! All of Wick It Candle Bar candle products are paraffin-free.
Many store-bought candles are made with paraffin wax, or a blend of paraffin and soy. Paraffin is petroleum-based, meaning the wax is highly flammable and can produce harmful by-products when burned/melted. Paraffin candles are also known to produce an excessive amount of soot and smoke while burning. Wick It Candle Bar Candles are premium soy candles safe for your home and the environment!
Yes! All the fragrances we use are phthalate-free, and do not contain any harmful chemicals.
The first time you light your candle make sure the wick is trimmed to ¼-inch and you burn for a minimum of two hours so the wax pools all the way to the edges of the vessel. This will create a candle memory! From each time thereafter the candle will remember how to burn evenly for the rest of the wax.
You know you have a real soy wax candle if your soy candle has a bumpy look as this is a natural characteristic of premium 100% natural soy wax. You may also experience discoloration, and/or frosting. The aesthetic issues will not impact how the candle burns and shows that you are buying a natural candle.
Wick It Candle Bar makes every effort to describe the scents in our candles however everyone’s nose is different, and you may detect different fragrance notes when smelling the candle than others.
As a safety precaution, our candles are designed to leave up to 1/2 inch of wax so the container never gets too hot. When your candle reaches this point, it is time to shop for more!
Wick It Candle Bar recommends burning the candle within two years of purchase for best results.
