[East Stroudsburg, PA — November 4, 2024] — Wick It Candle Bar, the creative mobile candle-making business in Northeast Pennsylvania, is proud to present a $250 donation to Safe Monroe, a local non-profit organization dedicated to supporting victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse in Monroe County. This money was raised through the sales of the Medusa’s Muse soy wax candles and soy wax melts that were sold during the month of October, a month reserved to bring awareness to Victims of Domestic and Sexual Abuse. 

Owner Danica Hartenfels presented the donation to Safe Monroe as part of Wick It’s ongoing commitment to supporting local causes that make a meaningful impact on the community. Safe Monroe provides essential services, including counseling, legal advocacy, emergency shelter, and support groups, to help victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse rebuild their lives in a safe and supportive environment.
